If you are here, it probably means you are needing some help, which can be a hard thing to admit, and even a harder thing to ask for. Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress. Maybe you are coping with trauma, addictions, relationship issues, grief, or just any other “life stuff”. Maybe you are doing ok and just looking to grow and understand yourself on a deeper level. Maybe you are seeking answers to spiritual and existential questions. Whatever is on your heart and mind, I will be firmly in your corner. Together, we will explore, clarify, and work to resolve issues at the root of your concerns, clearing a path to a happier life.

Individual sessions provide a dedicated space — your personal space — in which you are free to be truly yourself. While there are many approaches to therapy, the relationship we build together is, in my experience, what most often makes the difference. Through collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental dialogue — at your own pace and as you feel comfortable — we will clarify any challenges you are facing, uncover dynamics and patterns that may be shaping your life or impeding happiness, and develop practical ways of moving forward. Together, we will process difficulties, build meaningful insights, and cultivate skills that support healing, growth, and greater alignment with the life you want to live.

Couples sessions are designed to help partners understand each other on a much deeper level, improve communication, and navigate conflict in healthier and more constructive ways. Together — at a pace that respects both of you — we will explore patterns and dynamics within the relationship, clarify underlying needs and emotions, and work toward better ways of connecting and meeting your own and your partner's needs. We will create a space in which both partners feel heard and supported while developing tools to build a more resilient and fulfilling relationship. With time, this work tends to increase intimacy and satisfaction, creating a relationship more like the one you both want.

Group sessions are an often neglected, yet powerful resource. They offer a supportive environment where individuals can find camaraderie and understanding in shared experiences while exploring personal challenges. Learning from the experiences and perspectives of others is often a potent healing elixir. In a safe and well-facilitated space, participants can express themselves freely, build insight, and practice healthy communication skills — all while developing new and effective ways of relating to themselves and others. Many people find that group work reduces the isolation and loneliness of facing life's challenges alone, fosters connection, and creates powerful opportunities for shared growth and understanding.
